EIEF, together with the Bank of Italy, the Baffi Centre at Bocconi University, and the Centre for Economic and Policy Research (CEPR), organized the fith edition of the conference on “Financial Stability and Regulation.” The conference aimed to bring together leading scholars and policymakers from around the world to discuss key issues related to financial stability, financial sector regulation, and the use of macroprudential policies. The opening remarks were delivered by Chiara Scotti , Deputy Governor of the Bank of Italy. The keynote lecture was given by Tano Santos of Columbia Business School and CEPR. Program.

EIEF hosted the workshop “Insurance, Climate, Health, Financial Stability”, a focused and informal event showcasing cutting-edge empirical research from the GRINS and AGE-IT projects. The event brought together leading scholars and experts to discuss recent developments on insurance demand, climate and demographic risks, household and firm behavior, and the role of insurers in enhancing societal resilience to risks and shocks. Participants hade the opportunity to engage with ongoing research and exchange views on the evolving landscape of risk and insurance economics.
